Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Performance Validation

The laboratory of electric or hybrid vehicle validation of CSI, equipped with high-tech instruments and high-qualified personnel, offers a complete service for the battery characterization and traction accumulator used on electric and hybrid cars.

The national and international standards applicable have a wide range of performance requirements included for example in the ISO 12405 and in the SAEJ 2464 standards, as well as the main OEM specifics.

The laboratory is equipped for performing:

  • mechanical stress,
  • temperature stability test,
  • corrosion test,
  • emc test and many more, combined with battery tester with Digatron EVT (electric vehicle battery tester).
